Do I need an appointment for my pet to be seen?
We strongly suggest that you make an appointment. We accommodate walk-in patients as best we can, though emergencies are seen immediately. All surgeries must be scheduled in advance.
Do we carry pet insurance?
We do not endorse pet insurance companies but can provide you with literature and contact information for many of the well-known carriers.
Do we do disposals/cremations for after euthanasia?
Yes. We do have disposal and cremation services available. Costs vary by weight of the animal. Please ask our staff for the price of these services. General disposal means the hospital disposes of the pet with hospital policy. Communal Cremation means the animals are cremated in a group and you don’t get the ashes back. Private Cremation means the pet is cremated by itself and the ashes are returned to you.
Do we euthanize pets?
Yes, if our doctor has determined that euthanasia is the most humane alternative for a patient.
Do we offer boarding?
No. We do not have the facility to offer boarding at this time. However, you can contact our Clinic and we can provide you with some boarding facilities in the area.
Do you offer drop-off service?
Yes. At the time of making the appointment you can request for drop-off.
I have money problems, does your Clinic do billing/payment plans?
We do not offer billing or payment plans. Payment is due when services are rendered. We provide estimates for our services and work hard to develop treatment plans that will be successful and fit into the family budget. We accept payment via cash, Debit cards, Care Credit (an interest-free payment plan), Discover, Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.  We no longer accept payment by check. Please visit carecredit.com to learn more about their offer and to see if you qualify.
What does a dental exam cost?
Dental costs vary depending on the pet's age, care, the condition of the teeth and gums, possible extractions and need for pain control, and how long the procedure takes. We offer a FREE pre-dental examination. At that time our doctors evaluate the pet's dental health and overall health, and our staff prepares a detailed estimate based on these findings.
What does a Spay/ Neuter cost for cats/dogs/rabbits?
Spays and neuters are priced according to species, size/weight, and special circumstances such as age, "in heat", cryptorchid (undescended testicle or testicles), pregnancy, or pyometra (infected uterus). Our prices include anesthesia, in-hospital pain medications, etc. Please ask to speak to one of our staff members for an estimated cost for your pet. We will spay cats that are “in heat” because they continue to cycle (unlike dogs), often get outside and come home pregnant and because it is relatively safe to do so. With dogs, pregnancy is easier to control and the risk for significant bleeding is much higher. Therefore, we ask dog owners to schedule the female dogs for spay surgery when they are not cycling in heat.
What flea prevention does your Clinic offer?
